35th Annual Fall Craftsmen’s Fair – Downtown Gatlinburg

Annual Gatlinburg Fall Craftsmens Fair

October 7 - 23, 2010

Visit the Gatlinburg Convention Center October 7-23, 2010

Craftsmen from across the USA are preparing to see you at the Convention Center in downtown Gatlinburg for the 35th Annual Fall Show!  The show runs for 17 consecutive days and is open daily from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sundays.

The Southeastern Tourism Society has named the Craftsmen’s Fair a Top 20 Southern US event and for good reason.  Artists are ‘juried,’ which means they undergo a review and are accepted into the show based on certain requirements, which can include technical skill, creativity, types of products, etc.  In addition, not only can you view displays of artisans work and purchase their products, but also many offer demonstrations of their talents throughout the show.  It’s an opportunity to discover and appreciate the imagination and skill of those who create treasures with their heart and hands for us to enjoy for generations to come!

Live entertainment is offered each day and features Country and Bluegrass music.  Dennis Lee and Band will perform October 7-14, and Keith Longbotham & Band will perform October 15-23.  Hours are Noon, 2 & 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Noon & 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Plan to check out our current specials and make your reservations with us during the Fall Craftsmen’s Fair.  This could be a great place to start your Christmas shopping!
